Hejnova seems to be getting even stronger, completely destroyed the field.

The 2012 Olympic Bronze medalist wins in a new PB and NR. She's been on a roll all year.

Hejnova has run a bunch of sub 54s but could she be over racing and be tired by Moscow ?

I was thinking the same thing but nobody even looks close to the shape she is in. I think she knows that she has the edge. Come Moscow unless the other girls shape up she will quite frankly win gold.

Hejnova has run very smartly this season, she has only done the hurdle events she has had to, to keep in top 400H shape. They've been well spaced but kept regular allowing her a chance to have top up training sessions in between.

Smart move to run the 400 flat and 4x400m relay at the Euopean team champs. Gave herself a chance to get some decent fast one lappers in before heading to Paris.

The key now is to maybe have one more 400mH then freshen up with maybe a 200m or 400m flat, leading into the WC.
