Very short time between Lausanne and Paris. Biggest question is how many hours will the window to get our entries in end up being. My over/under is around 18 hours. Would not be shocked if it is considerably less. Need to be ready when they open up the entries I guess.

I wonder if there is going to be anybody not having Bolt as captain.

I think everybody will pick him as several in that race can run faster than that.

But the startlist is still Laussane. Have to go through the full list of names to select the current athletes on the startlist for Paris.

Transfers are closed. Seems no matter what they advertise as the closing time, they don't really close it then. Seems everyone in the top 20 accept 1st and 19th have Bolt as captain. They have Adams. I will cross my fingers for a better meet than Thursdays disaster.

Scores should be high on this one not many upsets. Don't think my 182 will be as great as it sounds?.?.? Went with Koech instead of Kemboi in men's SC

Were there any other MR's than Bolt, Dibaba and Kemboi?

8/9 winners, Bolt and Dibaba MRs, and I swapped out Kemboi for Koech this morning! Had I not done that it would been a mathmetical maximum

182 is my score too... well, I wasn't expecting Kemboi to clock a so fast time and I thought Oliver was going to win. What a shame Chicherova cleared 2.01 and not 2.02...

187, I think it might move me a few places up. Yes, I was also disappointed that Chicherova did not go for 203 :( . Koech also hurt me. I think mump scored the highest in our league.

I had a really good evening with 8 wins but cocked up on the Steeplechase.

Thought the meeting record was beatable so originally had both Koech and Kemboi but then got rid of one at the last minute.

The wrong one

No, it is not. All your scores count. You would simply be listed both in the overall list as well as our league. No difference from belonging from the beginning.

I'm surprised at the number of people who did not pick Dibbaba. Did they not know about her sub 31 10k? I avoided the steeple because of the Koech/Kemboi dilemma, but I went with Merritt/James. 185, best score yet, but of little value in moving much, unless my Dibbaba pick helps me.

I must be the only one that thought the sub 31 10k was too recent. I was not at all sure she would be recovered in time to do a sub 14:30 5k. That one cost me.

Even so she was an obvious fav. Didn't think anyone else in the field could break 14:40.

I've decided I'm not smart enough to guess MR's (unless its as easy as Bolt's was) so I'm picking obvious winners and she was a clear fav. This was my first meet that going in I thought there were 7 or 8 clear fav's too bad I didn't pick the 8th. Harting, got greedy and went for the wrong SC'er.

They outline a tie breaking strategy for the overall winner but I don't think there is a declared tie breaker rule for the meet winners. I assume they put the names in a hat?

Thanks for the acknowledgement Daisy although I'm not back on the front page leader's board yet. :?

I was 5th after the first meet, dropped as low as 220th three meets back and clawed my way back (thanks largely to Milcah Chemos :P ).

Not happy with Lashawn Merrit's ordinary first 150m which I reckon cost him any chance of holding off James. I reckon the pacemaker in the 1500m went faster than Merritt did in the first 150m. The lane draw may have made the difference with Merritt being 'caught asleep at the wheel' by Kirani James.

And I was hoping Blessing Okagbare would win the 100m and upset all those who selected SAFP. My hunch was on target until the last 10m when Blessing got the wobbles. IMO, Okagbare lost it more than SAFP won it.
