I didnt lol....I had Baderenko

I had Gay as my captain, but I had Chemos on my team. Also note worthy I've had Percovic as my captain at all her meets so far but this one?!?!? Still my best score this year, 152 I believe!!!

Third is worth 7.

140 for me, not bad given Tamgho was my captain, although the late Whiting-for-Lavillinie switch was painful.

I'm getting a bit bored of this game

There is no skill in guessing which athletes is going to drop out at the last minute

And we all know the best solution for that is, but does the IAAF listen?

When the selections increased to 9 this year i assumed we would drop the lowest score for this eventuality but that still doesn't help if your captain drops out

I think we need a wild card in the eventuality that someone drops out, they would just replace

Well, Chemos DNS but this wasn't announced so it was impossible to get rid of her by the beginning of the meeting... only 122 for me (had Chemos as captain, then Lavillenie, Tamgho and also Duncan...).

OK. I must join in the tales of woe. I had Chemos and Lavillenie and Taylor and Hoffa. But in spite of all that I had a chance to hold my ground in the places because I had doubled down on the womens steeple and also had Assefa, but NOOOOOO she gets caught at the tape by .03 seconds for dreadful grand total of 117.
