If your DVD player has two scart connections, it should be fine. Connect the top one with a scart lead to the TV and the other to the top-box and you should be able to record anything. :)

I've just set my free view box to record- it's on Channel 301 at 13:00 if anyone needs it. Then you want have to do pesky fiddling with scary leads and the suchlike...

Your note that Jager will be in the 3k steeple is not happening. He just ran an excellent 3.36 and bits last night at Oxy.

You weren't the only one. I woke up earlier than usual to watch on Friday morning, only to realize my usual streaming sites didn't have a link. Once I checked here and saw no one talking about the meet, something told me to look at the schedule. :x

Spencer - 5th
Demus - 6th

Indeed. I quite like her, she has nicely progressed well in the last few years from 5th in the 2010 Europeans to 3rd at the Olympics in 2012. I think based of that race she will be a threat in Moscow.

I was shocked at how far back Demus was. Did she go out too fast? I thought she learned?

Don't know why, I low key have a crush on her. Was hoping my #1 eye candy was in this race, Denisa Rosolova. 8-)

I understand, she is naturally charming and likeable. She looked absolutely stunned to get on the podium last year. I love this picture of her.

It's a picture I'd show somebody to explain what pure joy looks like.

Though Rosolova is lovely, just lovely.

Wow, these two finished way down....a slow start to the season for them.

Outstanding finish by Kiprop, who was halfway down the field at the mid-stage....3:32.39.

Women's 100m....

SAFP wins in 10.93! A WL....

Jeter crosses in third, collapses with a quad problem, I think. SAFP helping to untie Jeter's shoes, and helping her.

That little window Merritt had for titles is gone, man. '11 Worlds and '12 Olympics were his chances, now done.

James' 2nd-fastest behind his OG victory. His previous 2nd-best was 44,36 (Zürich)

Yeah, I believe it's his first this season. But 44.02 already? with a lot of work to go, I was joking a little with my original comment but it'll be one tough task for LM. Good chance those 3 guys could be the medalists in Moscow.

Gatlin was eating up that last 40m. Had he run a better curve he might have taken it.

U think had he been in one of the better lanes he would've had a better performance? To me he looked so tight in lane 3...like he didnt have Enuff room to move.
