I paid for the online feed and it's working without a glitch, although the video quality leaves something to be desired. I'm accessing it from the US.

I just saw the women's Olympic development 200m, won in 24.23. The announcer said that's well outside her PB; hopefully it's not a sign that the conditions are conducive to slow times.

I'm at the meet right now.... Pretty uneventful this far. It's still gloomy in the sky and it does seem that it might rain later but I'm hopin for the best. At finish line.

Just now 20.65 for Germaine Brown in the 200m development race.

30-minute delay. There's a 1-hour time zone difference (EST vs. EDT).

These athletes just love running in Jamaica. They always praise the crowd. Lots of energy in the crowd similar to Penns Relays.

To be honest the crowd is kinda empty this year. I blame the rain the the fact that the likes of Blake and Bolt aren't running. People are still filing in though. The 100 is just about ready to set off.

I have seen Bolt run at this meet in front of a full stadium before.

Bad weather and absence of Bolt/Blake contributing factors.

Yes, lets all praise the lord for giving us that mystical place called Jamaica, where for some strange reason athletes actually enjoy their sports...
