i think shaunae miller can go sub 50 for 400 this year.

I think so too, but I wouldn't base her ability to go sub-50 -this year- on her 22.77 - she ran 22.70 in March last year. As proof that a great indoor 400 and a mid-200 PB doesn't mean sub-50 you only have to look to her countrywoman: Area Record for indoor 400m, has a faster 200m PB than Shaunae Miller, and never broke 50. I wouldn't call it a foregone conclusion.

I said this previously, but I really think that she may ultimately move down to the shorter sprints. I get the feeling that she hasn't quite grown into that frame; that when she does she will be more of a 1/2 runner and not a 2/4 runner - providing they concentrate on her power and her ability to apply force.
