Out of nowhere, again, that asics ad which forces everything to the right is back.
Where does it come from? It is so annoying what is the point?

I mean I do understand the point of advertising, but when the ad does this it is really counterproductive.

On a big screen it is fine. I assume they failed to optimise it for small screens. Or, more likely, they don't give a toss.

It's not selling anything on my screen (21"). There's no text at all, just to an empty street (showing only the far right side of the ad) next to a 3" black section.

Well, I can understand why it is used here, but who ever designed it needs to get another job. It is about as pleasant as spam. At least you can ignore those guys. Hard to imagine Nike coming up with an ad this annoying.

Seriously, as I noted when the problem first cropped up with these series, those who know abut such things (shore ain't me) were working to fix the problem. Such things are not easy. Especially when they're talking about a low-traffic site like this one.

'not easy' due to lack of urgency, no doubt. There must be 1000s of 14-year-olds who could fix it in a heartbeat!

Yes, I know, I do understand. It is just sort of like an earthquake on my monitor, or a ship sinking. Listing starboard, Captain! Abandon ship!

On the bright side, I have to make the font so small, that I can read entire threads all at once!
