Best field in a long time!

And of course they start right when I am coaching... and of course we are having a rare sunny day... and of course I'm about to have a baby and miss some practice, so I _really_ can't afford to miss it... :(

Anyway start lists, link to live results, some previews, etc are posted here: http://www.polevaultpower.com/forum/vie ... 12&t=27158

You weren't kidding about the college scene looking much better than the pros. 7 guys over 18' and an A standard for the win.

Yes, when a guy with a clean slate goes out at 5.50 and gets 8th, that is pretty good.

Can any stats people tell me if any of these marks were best for place at an NCAA indoors?

You can add, from the Heptathlon:

Lazas and Zeimek 5.40, 2013 [1 and 2, tying Eaton]
Cato 5.30, 2013 [3]

and it might be the case going down the line most of the others have highest PV marks for place in the Hept (or any NCAA Deca ... until June  )
