Isinbaeva, Suhr and Bleasdale have all jumped higher indoors this year

we make no distinction between indoors and out when it comes to WLs. Can you imagine an undercover mark that achieved overall World Record status and not calling it the WL?

Good point. I like that decision even though they are some indoor jumping situations that merit as much of an * as a 'w' outdoors (IMO).

It's different. Indoor vaults don't have to deal with factors like crosswind. Indoors is a much more controlled environment.

Of course it's "different." So is trying to vault in Southern California in April different from trying to vault in Minnesota at the same time. This helps level the playing field without going outside the rules.

Just saw the 15-6 jump at her alma mater. I think this tour is AWESOME!!!
She's creating track fans everywhere she goes. :D
