Superb stats! I've often tried scouring the net to find complete stats for individual heptathlon marks. The superb site http://www.decathlon2000.com covers the decathlon in incredible depth, it would be great if a site existed for the hep too.

The only omission from the above that sticks out is Jessica Ennis's 22.88 for 200m.

Great stats are just a reminder of how unreal Mrs. Joyner-Kersee was. Had the honor of being in Indiannapolis for the 1988 Olympic trials where Mrs. Joyner-Kresee performed like a Goddess in consistent 100 degree heat. I also remember in Seoul when Jackie jumped that 7.27 in the heptathlon and her husband/coach yelled emphatically " Cancell Christmas!"

I think the Javelin marks should be broken down into javelin models. I know the IAAF never changed the scoring method when it had the opportunity, but I think seeing as you're going to this effort it makes sense to separate the 1999 model results from the others (can't remember off hand when the JT specification changed before that, but it has changed twice)

Having Sanderson at the top with the "old, old" model doesn't make for an appropriate comparison, neither does Turchinskaya's or Teppe's marks with the "old" model.
