It seems like Texas H.S are just destine to rule the national rankings in the sprints for high school. What do they feed those kids?

Maybe they redshirt a lot of them? Seem to have a lot of 19 or almost-20-somethings who are "high schoolers."

i think it might have to do with the fact that football is the most prominant sport in texas, most sprinters r football players and therefore have to work on their 40 time
