We in the caribbean know how to do things track and field. They care about their fans.

Can't believe those darn folks at Penns want to charge us to watch track and field on the net. Even then, I am sure the coverage will not be as good as these track coverage from Jamaica.

Thanks for the link, I had no idea it was working because I visit www.lime.com and couldn't get any stream from that website, so I headed over to TVJ on jumptv N watch the early morning session. Now I don't have to be sitting on coffee table in front of the TV just to see the tiny screen. Many thanks to LIME for the coverage. The evening session is shaping up to be a dandy.

The 100m runners have to be waiting to come out to run because them people having this long drawn out dignitaries guess speakers. I hope none of the athletes get an injury when they do finally come out to run after being in warm up area for at least 1 hr prior to their start and then have to be waiting another 45-1hr again to get on the track.

Jamaica fights back with a 1-2 win in the under 20 men 100m.

Both athletes are coached by Glen Mills(coach of Usain Bolt)

Jazeel Murphy 10.27
Kemar Bailey Cole 10.28

Jamaica's future is the sprints is definitely secure.

Jazeel Murphy showed his true championship mantle...because I thought Kemar Bailey-Cole had it in the bag for sure. Jazeel still not into the best of shape and still a tear up the track! There is a possibility Yohan Blake 100m record in JA could be in jeopardy by WYC time once Jazeel stays healthy. Great run by Kemar Bailey-Cole he is getting mentally stronger too.

BTW: Yeah, we kinda subpar tonight in the races, but WYC is where it will be at. What about that race in the girls u-20 400m? We just keep producing new world class talent with Olivia James taking the gold medal, ahead of Christ-Ann Gordon with a personal best after last year WJ champion, who look to let the nerves got to her being between the two Jamaica who were expect to give a major fight. I did expect Christ-Ann to win even if she was in the race. But the outcome in great news for Jamaica being both of them should be at WYC in July once they make it through Junior trials and both of them have a chance to win the gold medal. I really enjoy the meet, can't to watch in again the next two days.

The 200m in both section will have just semi-finals and finals, but no heats. The line-up for JA boyz u-20 4x100m have Kemar Bailey-Cole on the first leg, Jazeel Murphy on second leg and that must be a mistake, cause the coaches must be crazy to be putting the two best runners on the first two legs and especially if Kemar Bailey-Cole has a poor start majority of the time. Plus, banking of them to have great change over to be in front by the last exchange, mi not feeling that line up at all. Some nice competition should be on show for the afternoon session though.

She is indeed impressive. Next year WJC looking to be a dandy, with Jodie Williams, Shrachan and the ever improving Shericka Jackson who I think has sub 23 in her.

He struggled in the race and only took the lead with 15-20m to go. After him say him feel tired .

The video of Jevaungh Minzie race in the U-17 200m is on you tube. Carifta2011-Jevon Minzie 200m is just one videos available. He found out the hard way about showboating way before the finish line. He came back strong in the 4x400m though and that showed he has mental fortitude to shake it off and give his best about 1 hr later in the relay.
