downs: Hoffa NM in SP qual; only 1 of 3 mTJers making final (where's Rusan???); no American HT made B standard

Kevin Eastler walked the 2nd best US 20km performance ever to finish 18th in 1:22:25. This gives Kevin an A standard for 2004. Jefferson Perez also set the World Best for 20km 1:17:21 in winning the Gold. This should get Jefferson some AOY votes in every magazine but TFN.
