Is it on 5 Live? Does Eurosport have audio webcasts? The big events are from 2-4:30 today (Eastern). The Swiss site will have a ticker, but I want to at least hear ir, since the TV replay will be old news. This is the second best meet of the season (for world fans . . . I like NCAA and USATF just fine)!

It looks like Eurosport will have it, starting at 10 PDT.

That's a text-ticker at

http://www.eurosport.com/home/pages/V3/ ... 5740.shtml

and the results will come up pretty quickly at

http://weltklasse.ch/results/timetable.html

but I'm hoping the brits will broadcast live at

http://www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive/listen/index.shtml

BBC hasn't broadcast any of the GL meets and it isn't on the FiveLive schedule.

Ben - your 'results' page says live audio from Eurosport - are you sure? - I've only seen text before but maybe I just didn't click the right place.

Unfortunately, we're never sure about the audio stuff. It says "Live" on their site but doesn't have "Live Audio" by it and they have 3 different times listed (18, 19, 20:00 CET) for whatever coverage does happen. I'm sure they'll have text and very hopeful they'll have audio.

I found their schedule (easy to find if you look, which I guess I hadn't) and Eurosport doesn't have live audio either.

Don't get confused as I was by the second link above...it's still showing last years results.

OK, now I'm even more pumped. In the B! races Felicien won in 12.67 and USA went 1-2-3 with
Grimes 9.99
Patton 10.00
Crawfrod 10.07
again in the B! race.
Five Live has some live reports.

I thought Grimes got busted at Pan Am? What's he doing in Zurich?

What a meet. Every "B" result looks like the "A" result at most other meets this year.

The 100H finish is precisely how the WC will look.

I was only 2 seconds off my Steeple time prediction. Isn't 'Saif Saeed' sort of the same as 'Sief-Said' or I'm am being boorishly Anglican? Qatar just zoomed up in the World Rankings.

Seriously, I'm walking out the door now, but look at the reaction times for Ross and Olijar(s).

Does anyone else think john capel should have run the 100 at the US champs? I mean come one 9.97 at Zurich, after taking 2 years off for football? he is my pick to win the 200 at the WC. and Gatlin 9.97 too? He is definately going to have a great year next year.

Wow, Chebii is not invincible:

1 79 KIBOWEN, John KEN
13:01.01
2 90 KEMBOI, Nicholas KEN
PB 13:01.14
3 80 KIPKETER, Sammy KEN
13:01.44
4 85 MUCHERU MAINA, Leonard KEN
PB 13:01.76
5 83 KWALIA, James KEN
13:03.79
6 74 CHEBII, Abraham KEN
13:04.39

And Salah Hissou finished well back in the pack, again. Is he over the hill now, or just having a bad season?

I believe Saif Saeed is Stephen Cherono, formerly KEN. New country, new name. Go figure.
